案例背景
汪某某，女，49岁。2014年12月确诊子宫颈中分化鳞状细胞癌（IB1期）行手术治疗；2015年9月发现右肺中叶结节，术后确诊肺鳞癌；2015年11月起服用五谷虫胶囊。
治疗前后对比
治疗后随访：2016年1月、5月 CT 显示两肺未见新发病灶，纵隔淋巴结无肿大。肺部未出现肿瘤复发或转移征象，提示病情稳定。
机制分析
免疫调节：激活巨噬细胞、NK细胞增强抗肿瘤免疫应答。直接抗肿瘤：抑制肿瘤细胞增殖。抗炎修复：减轻术后炎症，促进组织修复。
