案例背景
鲍某，女，40岁，浙江。2020年5月确诊急性非淋巴细胞性白血病（AML）。初诊：WBC 57.2×10⁹/L（显著升高），血红蛋白 44 g/L（重度贫血），血小板 45×10⁹/L（重度减少），异常细胞 53%。
治疗过程
DA 方案化疗一次，第五天开始联合口服抗肿瘤五谷虫。服药第12天血小板升至5.7-8万、Hb升至83 g/L，脱离输血依赖。9月10日随访血常规完全正常。
