患者基本情况
患者，18岁，骨肉瘤，右髂骨受累。自2024年1月25日起服用吾谷灵™五谷虫辅助增强体质。已接受六疗程化疗及26次质子治疗。

Case Summary
An 18-year-old osteosarcoma patient (right ilium) took Vogreen Medicinal Housefly Larvae as adjuvant therapy after six chemo courses and 26 proton sessions. PET/CT comparison (2023-12 vs 2024-11) showed SUVmax of the right iliac mass dropped from 29.6 to 2.5 with increased ossification and reduced range; most lung nodules disappeared; lymph nodes shrank.
